Perfect for urban dwellers, those with limited access to water, or the hot rodder who just arrived at a cruise, Ultimate Waterless Wash & Wax safely lifts away dirt and grime while leaving behind a protective layer of hydrophobic wax. In as little as 15 minutes, this new formula can morph a drab and dirty appearance into a stunning, clean and shiny car, without a drop of water. What's more, depending on how dirty the car is, a single bottle, along with the help of a few microfiber towels, can wash and wax up to five average-sized cars. To use this spray, simply mist onto the surface of the vehicle and gently wipe away using a Meguiar's Supreme Shine or other high quality microfiber towel. Wash and Wax Anywhere spray's unique chemistry insures a scratch-free finish when used as directed, as special lubricants and cleaning agents safely loosen and then gently remove the dirt. Follow with a quick wipe from a clean, dry towel and the surface is left with a beautiful, glossy, just-waxed finish. Waterless Wash & Wax is also safe to use on all wheel types, plus rubber, vinyl and glass.
ONE EASY STEP: Premium formula conveniently and gently washes and adds wax protection in one easy step. Can be used anywhere with no hose, bucket, or rinsing
WATER SPOT-FREE: Advanced chemistry contains a water spot-free formula coupled with a high-lubricity that protects the surface against swirling and scratching as it gently cleans
LONG-LASTING BARRIER: Advanced polymer chemistry leaves behind a glossy, synthetic wax barrier that lasts weeks
SAFE FOR GLOSSY PAINTS: Is safe and effective on all glossy paints and clear coat finishes, glass, chrome, polished metals, and plastic trim
NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Ideal for those who do not have access to a hose, live in a city, or apartment, or are under water restrictions
Bottom line up front: It really works. Unless you've taken your car through the mud pits or park under the sappiest tree on the block, this will take your average road grime off with a quick spray and wipe. It's not going to compete with a professional detail (or even a really good, lengthy amateur wash) but it'll be clean. And it smells FANTASTIC.Long story: I've been living in apartments/condos/townhouses for nearly a decade now. Having the car parked in a community lot that's nowhere near a hose meant that I either took my car to a car wash or (more often) I just let it get dirty and told myself "I'll get it washed soon."Or I'd run out in a rain storm to make use of the free soak and rinse.I noticed a neighbor in my new housing complex spraying his car with a little bottle and wiping it down every 10 days or so. His car was always clean looking. I thought to myself "What is this? Some sort of...waterless car wash?" So I googled exactly that and was genuinely surprised to find such a thing exists. And not only does it exist, but it actually does the job. I got a new-to-me car in May and hadn't washed it since. It got occasional rinses from heavy rains, but it had plenty of dirt/pollen/grime/etc. in the couple months I owned it. This spray easily cleaned it all.Just divide your car into easy-to-manage sections, spray that area, wipe it down with the "dirty" microfiber towel, then buff the clean surface with a separate "clean" towel, and then repeat the process on the rest of the car.It worked great for me on every surface except tires (and I didn't really go at the chrome exhaust tips much, either). Windows, paint, wheels, headlights, plastic trim bits...it all came clean with virtually no effort.I'm in love with this product. I imagine I'll get at least 3 full washes out of a single bottle, so it's cheaper than a professional wash OR a suspect big-brush automated wash at a gas station. And it cleans significantly better than the automated ones, to boot. And did I mention it smells FANTASTIC?!This car was covered in muddy splashes and splattered butterflies moments ago. I would use my pressure washer and bajillion car cleaning products to wash it but we are currently in the middle of a four day rain storm/session.However, I couldn't leave the car dirty as it would take a damaging toll on the paint finish.Enter: Maguire's Waterless Car Wash.I purchased this a few weeks ago to use in case we were the recipients of tactical bird droppings or tree sap spray (trees don't play around these here parts?).I didn't expect much being how dirty the car was, but my to my surprise... It was clean in minutes. Top to bottom and about three clean microfiber towels and BOOM!Clean and shiny ride.Even the windows and wheels....WHAT SORCERY IS THIS?! ?The key is to fold your microfiber towel in quarters and use a clean side often.Stuff works great and smells good... and I used it in a CLOSED garage.Imagine THAT? ?I would highly recommend this for touch up spot cleaning, in garage washing (due to cold weather or rain), and folks in apartments or places without an immediate hose or bucket.Take it with you on a road trip to always look clean and ready.?They see me rollin', they hatin'...? ?I am sticking to any and all products from Meguiar's now. This Ultimate Waterless Wash & Wax has saved my fairly new expensive car paint job - neglected - before first waxing - due to circumstances beyond my control. Hood and trunk lid had developed small but noticeable brown ? gray ? spots. I was very worried that it was mold or mildew or whatever and that it was permanent. Another paint job !? Tonight I first used the Meguiar's paste wax (same idea, no water pre-wash needed), and the spots did not fully come off. THENI used this waterless liquid spray and it was an Easy Removal ! I did the trunk lid and hood and will do the rest later. I may need a step stool for the car top. :) As to longevity, it is too soon to know. Not to worry, I will just re-do if needed....not a big deal as it works so well. Happy, Happy.I was heavily skeptical about waterless car wash sprays but this product had numerous positive reviews so I decided to try it out.Naturally my SUV got dirty 2 days after getting washed so it was a great time to test out this product. Instructions are very clear and concise.I washed 1 section at a time as it was pretty sunny outside so it did take some time. I can imagine it being easier if the car is in a garage or shade. To clean my SUV, it took maybe a quarter of the bottle to do so. I am very pleased with the end result, you do get that shine that you would get from a wash and wax but I would say it’s actually cleaner and shinier than when fresh out of a car wash.Overall, I’m very pleased with this product that i just ordered the gallon version.5/5Tried this product on my 2004 ACURA TL and shines like a new penny.I use a California car duster after each outing so the car doesn't get very dirty. Only a bit of light road dust. How many "washes" will I get? Judging by the fluid now being at the word "ULTIMATE" on the container after two sessions, I assume I'll get 4 to 5. If I use it a bit more liberally, I'll likely get 4 "washes". So about $2 per "wash". Not too bad.The product is easy to spray on and wipe off using two microfiber cloths - one for initial wipe-off and one for a final buff. No hard rubbing necessary. The paint has a nice slick feel to it when done, and it cleans the windows & trim well. Our garage now smells like bubble gum.Dis 'ere big jug of cleaning juice is great fer refilling those dinky spray bottles of cleaning juice. If you use a lot of dis stuff, a big jug is more economical than constantly buyin them dinky squirts, 'specially if ya have ta buy em from an autoparts place. It aint fer lots of dirt, but is good fer dust, splatted bugs, and other stuff. Use it like a detail spray between wipe downs and yer warbuggy will keep lookin all flash. This stuff is amazing.... I'm a taxi driver and having a clean car is a must. This stuff saves me so much time. It breaks down mud (not off roading, just light, country lane mud) and I even cleaned the wheels with it!You may need an extra mist and a polish if your car is particularly grubby....It even does the windows too.I don't have a driveway and this saves me lugging buckets of water out to the road 5o wash the car, more buckets to rinse, then you have to dry it, then polish to get rid of water marks.... long.... I don't do any of that with this. Just spray, rub and polish with a microfibre mitt.Very happy... would buy again and yes, I'm an actual real person.... ?If only they did one that would save me vacuuming.....I bought two bottles of the waterless wash because I have moved into a flat and I don't have access to a hosepipe. I am very careful in how I look after my car, it's nothing special but its the first car I have had from new and I want to keep it looking good.I have never used a waterless wash before and was a bit worried about scratching the paint, but it worked as promised and I can't see any new scratches in the paintwork. Here's the process I followed: -• I used a bucket of water to rinse of any large gritty bits.• I didn't wait for the car to dry before starting, I read on their forum that you don't have to start with a dry car.• Starting at the top of the car, I sprayed a small section of the car liberally with the product.• I folded a Meguiars microfibre cloth (bought a pack of three separately).• I wiped the product off slowly and gently in a straight line applying even pressure with my fingertips spread out over the surface of the cloth.• I repeated the spray and wipe technique across the whole car, working in small sections at a time and unfolding a clean bit of cloth after one side was really dirty.• I buffed it all when I was finished with a dry cloth.Things to note: -• I did get some of the spray on the black plastic of my car but it wiped off with no trouble.• I used it on the glass roof and side windows fine, but I just used a wet microfibre cloth with no product on the windscreen.• I used all three of the cloths I bought: Two to do the bodywork and door seals and the last one to dry buff it all which I then wetted to clean the windscreen.• The picture shows how much I used to thoroughly clean my car; a Toyota Yaris. Will definitely buy/use again and recommend to anyone in the same situation.I'm a detailing nut that has spent years doing the full multi stage, pressure rinse, snow foam, pressure rinse, wash, pressure rinse, dry then often a quQD spray at the end.In the summer this is hard as the sun dries the water far too quickly.Decided to give this a go to keep the car clean rather than to clean a dirty car. I does work. On light dirt it's really just 3 steps I found, spray, wipe residue away, buff. The car hasn't been corrected so I couldn't tell if it left any fine swirls, I didn't wipe or buff in circles though and couldn't see any straight lines. It rained over night and there was a fine bead of water all over which was satisfying.Tried it on the wheels by used too much product. A hose and wheel cleaner will do in future.I wouldn't use this on a car that has anymore than rain spots and fine dirt, nor would I keep using it week after week as it would work out pricey - half a bottle for an X3 and I missed 3 wheels and the roof entirely.I don’t always have easy access to all my detailing equipment because of where a live. After the last weekend the car was covered in pollen and other rubbish from country and motorway driving. This waterless wash made light work at getting through all the debris without scratching the paint. Two things to watch out for.1: this isn’t a consentrated solution and takes about half a bottle to clean a single car. So is quite expensive per wash.2: i used 6 microfiber towels to clean my car and could have used more to reduce chances of scratching.Overall very good product for light debris but I wouldn’t use it for more serious dirt.Well, I have to say, I just can't get on with this stuff.Other Meguiar's products are brilliant, but this? It just seems to leave greasy/waxy streaks all over my car that are very hard to shift. I've used Diamond Shine Waterless Wash and Wax, and even Demon Shine Pour On Shine (yes, that works as a cleaner if you put it in a spray bottle, and it's much, much cheaper!) and they work very well indeed.I'm afraid I'll be throwing away the unused half of my bottle of this, which breaks my heart, but every time I use it I realise my mistake!
