I purchased this product as a x-mas gift. The person I have given this to comments that the product will not charge after being opened from package. I have received it back from the person I gifted it to. I tried 5 different ways to properly charge the product as per instructions. The product will not charge. The power for the product will not come on. The product is a "Lemon" now I'm over the return deadline after countless attempts to make this product work. Now I'm unable to retrieve any money or not even a credit on Amazon for the waste of money and time I have encountered. Do Not Buy this product
