Well made, sized well, and super soft.That's a good sign. Though the 17 yr old did eye it, but since there is no hood nor pocket I think it's safe with me. YAY!!Though the softness of it, might entice him to snag it from me. But since it's summer and 100+ degrees outside for now it'll hang in my closet.Soft outside but not quite as soft inside. At least not yet. I think, or hope, it will get softer in time after a few washings. Speaking of washings, the dye-process of this shirt is distressed so it looks like it's already been washed a bunch of times bc of the worn color around the neck & cuffs.I'm ok with that for me, but if I planned to give this as a gift, I'd worry that the recipient would think that i bought them something that sat on the clearance rack for sometime.The quailty/weave of the fabric def feels like a shirt you'd buy at the team shop at the TD Garden in Boston. Its got a nice weight to it & the design is bold & attractive.The quality of this sweatshirt is very good. It's a very thick cotton material. Not quite like a sweater, more like pre-shrunk cotton. That said, I don't think you'll have to worry about the material shrinking much in the wash. While the quality of the shirt itself and the artwork is nice, the shirt itself does run quite big. Consider downsizing if you want a more fitted look. If you want a more baggy look, your normal size should be just fine.Appearance wise this is a great shirt. The graphics are crisp and clear. The quality of the material is quite good as well and the fabric feels good against my skin. The bummer here is that the logo is not stitched. Then again I would imagine if it was this would be a much more expensive shirt. Still, I am quite happy with it and happy to wear and show my Seattle pride!It's soft and comfortable but it runs big. It's like a half size too big not a full size too big but definitely noticeable.Great everyday sweatshirt, my husband loves it. Material is nice, almost like a washed out denim. True to size.This is a great sweatshirt! Light but not too light...it's pretty much perfect for a cooler spring/fall day/evening. It's very well made...not cheap or flimsy feeling whatsoever (which it shouldn't be - it's an officially licensed product). I wear a L but got an XL because I like things a little baggy and it fits perfectly. There was no shrink after washing it - I did wash it alone though so the acid wash would not run onto anything else. The graphics are high quality and a nice crisp print, too.The distressed look makes it look kind of like denim and this is not a bad thing...it's not overdone on this shirt like I have seen on some others, so it works. It's not for everybody though...I happen to like that old/worn look on some things so it works for me, but YMMV. The Kraken are not great right now, but I'm a big fan of all things Seattle so I will wear it with pride anyway :)Overall this is a great item that would also make a great gift. Highly recommend it!It might not be too obvious when looking at the photos in the listing, but this sweatshirt looks like denim and I love it! While it looks like denim, it's 100% sweatshirt, so it's got a fluffy inside and soft exterior shell.I'm in between medium and large, and I went with a medium, and it's perfect. The arms are long enough to not ride up when I extend my arms, yet short enough that they aren't bunching up. The length of the shirt is also perfect.The team logo is screen printed, but it's not a stiff/thick print and feels pretty nice. Since this is an official NHL licensed shirt, you also get the hologram tag and NHL logo on the left arm patch. Overall, this is another wonderful shirt by Calhoun.I think this is a decent sweater, I think it is kinda thin for a sweater but it is good quality. It gives off the worn look like it is kinda aged but that is the style. It looks just like the pictures on the sales page and it has official NHL tags but it is kinda expensive for a sweater that is not thick. I personally got a really big size so it has more of a boyfriend fit. I would recommend this sweater to those looking to gift someone something with their favourite hockey team on it, or if you are looking for merch to wear to a game then these sweater might be a good optionI ordered a medium and it fits great (this is a loose fitting shirt). I usually wear Gap or Old Navy small (they are loose fitting shirts on me). The seam at the shoulder is just a bit lower than my shoulder so a small would probably have fit me.This shirt is thicker than those long sleeved t-shirts but thinner than a sweatshirt. The colour is great for a Toronto Maple Leafs shirt.I didn't notice any shrinking yet but I do my laundry using cold water. This shirt is really soft. I would recommend any hockey fan to get one.Fits well, nice material. It’s a Montreal Canadians sweater, so that alone makes it a 5 out of 5. The fit was good as I usually find cloths off amazon sized much smaller than usual, but this is not the case. I got a 2xl expecting the size to be small (i usually wear an Xl) but its a little to big, which is a ok for a sweater. The silk screen is nice and holds up. I’m not crazy about the pre distressed look, but if you like that, it certainly looks worn. Overall i like it, and will definitely wear it regularly. 5 out of 5I really love the distressed look of this sweater. The fabric quality is really good. It doesn’t have that super fuzzy inside which pills over time. The sweater is true to size and it has cuffs around the wrists and the bottom of the sweater which aren’t too tight. The sweater already has that “worked in” look and feel. The logo is also distressed and printed well onto the shirt. I am really happy with the overall quality of the sweater. It looks great on and it is perfect for cooler weather.
