These are actually low rise. I have been tricked so many times by terrible descriptions. Remember that these ride lower so if your used to high waist the fit will be different. I haven't been able to buy jeans in years because mid/high rise looks stupid with my body type. Insanely happy these fit and actually ride lower. 5ft ,118lbs, size 3. these don't sit at the waist but at or just above the hips. don't want a whale tale? get a belt. problem solved.i like these but ordering at my size theyre too tight around my calves. like, the farther up you go the looser they get. but i wore these for around ... 6 or 7 hours and pictured are the gnarly marks they left on my legs. it goes up to about mid thigh. i guess if youve got a massive butt it might work out just fine. or you feel like squeezing yourself into pants that could benefit from wearing a belt.I’m 5’4”, 105-110lbs. I normally wear size 0-2 depending on the brand. I first ordered size 1 which fit like I was wearing a tight glove and I was afraid to sit down even with the pants being a bit stretchy. So I returned them and ordered the size 3 which were still hip hugging, but I didn’t feel like a stuffed sausage. Also, if you’re expecting these to be thick jeans, you’ll be disappointed. But if you live in warmer weather, these are perfect! Long story short, order a size up, and enjoy these warm weather jeans that have a nice stretchy give (like jeggings - but better).I love these jeans soooo much!!!! I have a ghetto booty and and am short on top of that so I picked my battle. They are a little long for me but my Badonkadonk lookes amazing!!!! The top of the zipper line sits right above my hipbone so the 2 buttons cover the muffin top nicely. They do shrink a little bit after they're washed but not uncomfortably so because of the stretchy material I think. Definitely will be ordering more of these. They turned out really good other than I ordered a size up from my regular size, and they're still a little small. Probably going to return them and order the next size up. Update: I got my second pair of jeans in a size up and they are huge on me.What’s with the white stripes?! Is it just me, or did they make the bleached out areas a bit too dramatic? I like the fit. They are stretchy and really quite comfy and soft. But I can’t get past the white stripes down the legs. Like there’s no fading into the bleach—just a white stripe. I think it looks dumb. I don’t want to send these back, but I might. I’m so torn. And I realize that I might have just gotten a botched pair. Take a look at the last picture I post in my series. That’s a size larger (7/8) that didn’t fit quite right that I sent back. The first 4 pictures are my size 5/6 (which they don’t carry now). So sad!As much as I like the cost of these, it wasn't worth it. They are listed as jeans, but they are closer to jeggings. The material is thin and loses its shape buy the end of the day. It is nicer that they have pockets and belly loops, which is hard to find on any pair of pants these days. Out was also nice they come in a low rise, which is also hard to find since mid rise seems to be all the rage right now.Pants look cute, we’re way too small, have purchased their other brand before at this size and they fit well so it is this particular type or kind of pants. Tried to return them but unlike most things on Amazon they charge for the return, Unrealistic because you can’t try them on before you purchase. It looks like you sat on a white painted bench from the back.
